Join us on Thursday, February 18 at Santo's Party House for live performances of The Azoic and Sonik Foundry!!!

The Azoic - The Azoic are an Electronic Dance / Industrial EBM band based out of Columbus, Ohio. They officially began in February 1996 when Kristy Venrick moved to Columbus and joined Steve Laskarides and Shawn Lower in a dark musical project. They recorded their first self-released demo tape, 'the divine suffering,' in August 1996 using only a 4-track recorder mixed to DAT. In early October, they received a record contract from Worm Records and released the same material to CD, which came out in April 1997. This album received quite a bit of recognition, despite the fact that The Azoic didn't feel it was their best effort with little time to finesse the songs.

Sonik Foundry - Sonik Foundry is an EBM/industrial act out of the New England area emerging in 2008, who has recently released their first CDLP titled “Mechanized” via Hitman Records USA. Nicodemus (Nick Deflaminis), the man behind Sonik Foundry, has had a past as a DJ in the NY/NJ area during the late 80's and 90's, and a techno project called "Cybersonic". Nowadays its via Sonik Foundry that gets his artistic touches out to the world. Recently, Nicodemus has brought two new members aboard to support the project, a new keyboardist (Indigo), and a drummer and percussionist (Danimal, AKA Boom).

Join us on Thursday, October 8 at Santo's Party House for live performances of Hocico and Life Cried!!! This will be Hocico's first time back in New York City since 2001. The Hocico show will feature DJ Dyztort, DJ Wintermute, and VJ Tm5. Buy your tickets in advance now either online or at the box office. Hocico - the angry, primal scream out of the depths of Mexico City's rampant corruption and gang violence-laden streets is the premier Electro-Industrial/ Aggrotech band to come out of Mexico.

Life Cried - Haunting, Beautiful and Intense, are several words that can describe Life Cried's sophomore album, 'Banished Psalms', the follow-up to the band's critically acclaimed 2006 release 'Drawn & Quartered'. Band leader Chris Reject continues to push the boundaries of personal expression with his unique mix of introspective lyrics fused with dark electro and classical goth influences.

Panic Lift - Absolutely essential, Panic Lift’s sophomore effort after the self released, limited edition EP ‘Dancing Through the Ashes’ is a monumental collection of songs, nearly any of which could stand on their own as singles. With the concussive force of a runaway supercollider, Panic Lift exploded onto the industrial music scene in 2006, and they instantly careened to the forefront of the NYC industrial music scene. Word of mouth and their live shows across the Northeast and California saw the debut EP quickly sell out, leaving fans waiting in anticipation of a full-length album. And now Hive Records is pleased to release Witness to Our Collapse, a masterpiece of storming beats, memory-searing hooks and flawless production.
